    In the first summer month, the automotive market in Russia declined by 3.3% compared to June 2018. At the same time, the market decline is registered only in the mass segment, where sales decreased by 3.2%. The premium segment, on the contrary, increased (+ 2.2%).



Over 50% of corporative sales in Russia account for two megapolises

According to estimation of the analytic agency AUTOSTAT, on total of 2007 the volume of market of corporative sales in Russia constituted nearly 200 -100 thsd of passenger cars. The share of corporative sales in total volume of the russian market, estimated in 2, 8 mln u. last year, was at level of 7-8%. This year it will remain at the same level and the total capacity of market of corporative sales will grow to 250 260 thsd units.
It is much higher in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In Moscow region nearly 15 16 % account for the share of corporative sales, as the analysts estimate; the total annual capacity of market is 500 200 thsd cars. On total of 2007 nearly 75 80 thsd of new passenger cars were registered on juridical persons in the capital of Russia, - as the director of the agency AUTOSTAT Sergej Tselikov reports. According to his estimation, the share of corporative sales is close to the level of Moscow nearly 15%. The capacity of market of St. Petersburg was 160 170 thsd cars in 2007. The corporative clients purchased nearly 25 27 thsd of passenger cars, - reports the expert. The total is the following: over a half (52, 5%) of corporative sales in Russia account for two megapolises Moscow and St. Petersburg. The second half is located over all the country. The analysts name some perspective cities for development of market of corporative sales: Ekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Tyumen, Surgut, Rostov-na-Donu, Samara and Kazan.
The analysts also establish that the clients choose with pleasure foreign cars as corporative cars. In total their share grows every year and now it exceeds 2/3 of market. In capitals we note the thirst of great corporative clients for prestigious brands (Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Lexus). It is clearly seen by the structure of the automotive park. And in regions people choose foreign cars of moderate cost of russian assembly (Renault Logan, Ford Focus, Hyundai Accent), which is explained by economical factors and by demonstration of devotion to the russian automotive industry.
