What crossovers were bought by Muscovites in March? TOP-10 of models

According to the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT", in March of 2020, Moscow residents purchased 14.5 thousand new cars in the SUV segment. This is higher by 36% than in the same month of the previous year.

The most popular crossover among Muscovites is the Japanese Nissan Qashqai - 1082 residents of the Russian capital bought it in March, which is higher by 74% than the result of a year ago. The second place is occupied by the Korean Hyundai Creta with the result of 1030 units (+ 54%), and the German Volkswagen Tiguan finished the top-three (816 units; + 36%). The best dynamics among the leaders is demonstrated by the Toyota RAV4 crossover, the volume of purchases of which in Moscow for the month grew by 113% to 659 units. Behind it is there is another “Japanese” - Nissan X-Trail (565 units; + 23%).

According to the results of March of this year, the top-10 of the most popular SUV segment models in the capital also included: Skoda Kodiaq (502 units; + 15%), Mitsubishi Outlander (465 units; + 15%), Mazda CX-5 (460 units; + 70%), KIA Sorento (398 units; + 73%) and Hyundai Tucson (387 units; + 41%).
