KIA has developed additional campaigns to support customers in a pandemic


In the context of the spread of coronavirus infection and the associated health risks, taking into account the restrictions that have influenced the usual lifestyle of clients, KIA Motors has launched programs to support KIA car owners both globally and nationally.

KIA Motors global program - KIA Promise, guarantees customer support in various regions of the world, which are influenced by the current circumstances. In Russia, it applies to all KIA car owners who have a car warranty expiring from April 1st to June 30th, 2020, the press service of the Korean brand informed. The program provides a car repairing without charging an additional fee if it became objectively impossible to use the guarantee during the specified period due to the suspension of the dealerships in the places of residence of KIA car owners, in connection with the requirements of regional and / or federal authorities, as well as in case of coronavirus disease (confirmed by a medical certificate of the disease).

In addition to the global campaign, KIA Motors Russia & CIS announced the launch of the preventive “Spring Service Campaign” in the Russian Federation from April 6th. The campaign will run for one month. Customers who undergo regular maintenance or repairs at KIA dealers on special conditions established by dealers are provided with the service of antibacterial treatment of the car interior with special disinfectants, as well as checking the condition and replacing the cabin filter with a 50% benefit. The campaign applies to KIA cars of all models and all years of production. The duration of the above programs will depend on the epidemiological situation in Russia and in the regions.
