Which brands have the highest share of corporate sales?

According to the data of the analytical agency AUTOSTAT, by the results of 2019, more than 248.1 thousand new passenger cars were sold to corporate clients (legal entities) in Russia. According to agency experts, corporate sales in our country reached 15.6% of the Russian market. However, this indicator can vary greatly depending on the brand of car.

The rating, compiled by experts of the AUTOSTAT analytical agency, with taking into account sales for the previous year, includes 22 brands that sold more than 1,000 new passenger cars to legal entities in 2019 *. The highest share of corporate sales by the results of the study was at Genesis - 58.6%. In second place, with a noticeable lag, we can see the domestic UAZ with 45.1%.

The rating also included four brands, more than 30% of the products of which are sold to legal entities: LandRover, Mercedes, Porsche and BMW. Other 8 brands demonstrate corporate sales performance higher than the market average: Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen, Skoda, Lexus, Toyota, Chevrolet and Ford. Less than 14% of cars are sold to legal entities by Nissan, Renault, KIA, LADA, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Datsun and Mazda.

* For some brands, the share of corporate sales is very high, for some it even reaches 100%, but their sales volumes in 2019 were not so large as to have a serious impact on the picture of the Russian market as a whole, therefore, these brands are not included in the rating.
