Nissan X-Trail became the bestseller of the brand in Russia in January

Russian Nissan dealers sold 4,938 cars in January - 1% lower than a year before. As a result, Nissan ranked the eighth in sales among all automakers in Russia, and the brand’s market share was 4.8%, according to AEB.

Nissan's bestseller was the Nissan X-Trail crossover in the Russian market in January; its sales grew by 31% to 2073 units. Nissan Qashqai is the second one with 1538 sold cars (-2%). As a result, both crossovers entered the TOP-25 of the best-selling models in the Russian market, analysts of the AUTOSTAT agency noted.

As AUTOSTAT previously reported, Nissan does not exclude the possibility of the launch of a serial crossover based on the Ariya concept car in the Russian market.
