KAMAZ completed the second contract for the delivery of another lot of electric buses to Mosgortrans. In total, 100 electric buses and 38 ultrafast charging stations were transferred under the contract concluded with Mosgortrans at the end of January of 2019, informed the KAMAZ press service.

As the acting head of KAMAZ Passenger Electric Transport Promotion Service, Andrey Dolganov, said the company expects to take part in new tenders for the supply of KAMAZ electric buses for the needs of Mosgortrans.

Recall that in the previous year KAMAZ first entered the Moscow market with electric passenger transport: the company won a tender to supply the first 100 electric buses and 31 charging stations to the capital. In addition, the manufacturer completely took over the maintenance of all KAMAZ electric buses and charging infrastructure for 15 years from the date of delivery. Electric buses began to run along the routes of the capital in September of 2018, and they transported more than 20 million passengers after the launch.
