It was opened a new dealer center Peugeot in Rostov-on-Don

The company "Fresh Auto" has become an official dealer of Peugeot. Brand cars will be sold in one of the largest Fresh Auto salons, the Rostov-Aksay branch. Both commercial and passenger Peugeot models will be presented at the dealership, the French brand press service informed.

The area of the Peugeot showroom in Rostov is 450 square meters, 90 sq. m. reserved for the client area, warehouse occupies other almost 400 square meters, and the service area covers an area of 1000 square meters. The company invested a little more than 2 million rubles in the design, retrofitting and training of personnel. “By opening Peugeot in Rostov, we, first of all, strengthen the commercial line presented in the city. In 2020, we expect to sell more than 250 Peugeot cars. Due to this, the payback period for investments in the development of the brand on the basis of our car dealership should not exceed 12 months,” - said Denis Migal, founder and CEO of Fresh Auto.

In turn, the director of the quality and development of the dealer network of Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel, Vladimir Kaznachevsky, noted that Rostov-on-Don is the most important region for the Peugeot brand, which is one of ten cities with the largest share of the car market in Russia. A new dealer as a part of a large holding company such as Fresh Auto will allow PSA Group to strengthen its brand position in the region, in particular, sales of commercial vehicles, which are traditionally very successful. With the opening of a new official dealer in Rostov-on-Don, Peugeot network has 40 dealerships throughout Russia.

As AUTOSTAT previously reported, by the results of 10 months of 2019, Russian Peugeot dealers sold 3,756 cars (-20%).
