    Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" in the framework of the new research "AUTOSTAT OMNIBUS - 2018. Car tires: car owners' preferences" conducted a survey on the choice and operation of winter tires. The results of a survey that was conducted in November showed that 94.2% of respondents “change” their tires for the winter ones and only 5.8% do not have a second set of tires.

TOP-10 of the most “female” car brands

Experts of the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT" analyzed the data of several surveys of car owners, on the basis of which a rating of car brands with the largest share of female owners was compiled.

It turned out that the most “female” car brand is the Chinese Chery. For cars of this brand, 24% of owners (of the survey participants) are women. Daewoo (22.5%) is the second, - Lifan (20.3%) is the third one. Fourth and fifth places with a slight difference are occupied by Peugeot (17.2%) and Suzuki (16.9%). In addition to the listed brands, the TOP-10 of the most “female” ones also included: Citroen (16.3%), Geely (15.7%), Hyundai (12.7%), Mazda (12.5%) and Opel (11,7%).

It should be noted that during the study more than 240 thousand questionnaires of respondents aged 18 to 65 were processed in total. Surveys were conducted from 2013 to 2019, while taking into account brands, the number of questionnaires for which was at least 600 units (that is, at least 0.5% of the total). Recall that earlier the experts of the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT" compiled a rating of the most "male" brands.
