ZAZ is increasing its share in the Ukrainian market
During nine months of 2011 ZAZ sales in the Ukrainian market came up to 13,476 cars (without the ZAZ Slavuta), which is 64% more than a year ago. This information was given to AUTOSTAT agency by UkrAvto press service, where they also mentioned that positive dynamics of ZAZ exceeds the growth of new car registration in Ukraine, which increased by 43% from January till September. As a result ZAZ share in the Ukrainian market grew by 1.2 points up to 8.6%.
According to UkrAvto, in September ZAZ market share was more than in August and came up to the record 9.2% for the first time during the recent years. UkrAvto explains this high growth as a result of the growing demand for the ZAZ Forza and particularly the fact that the dealers got the ZAZ Forza hatchback. UkrAvto expects the further growth of the brand’s sales in the Ukrainian market due to the development of car lending in Ukraine
