In Chechnya, new Toyota cars are loved more than in the Far East

The share of Toyota brand in the Russian market is about 6%. At the same time, there are several Russian regions, where it is significantly higher. In this regard, this fact is interesting. In Chechnya, for the first 5 months of 2019, 36.8% of buyers of new cars chose Toyota. At the same time, in the Far East (FEFD), Toyota’s share was 25.8%.

According to the analytic agency AUTOSTAT, the TOP-10 of regions of Russia with the highest share of Toyota in the market of new cars in 2019 is the following: Sakhalin is in the first place (37%), Chechnya is in the second (36.8%), Primorsky Territory is in the third (30.3%), Chukotka is in the fourth (27.6%), and the fifth and sixth positions are divided between Khabarovsk and Kamchatka, where Toyota is chosen by 26.5% of new car buyers.

The TOP-10 of regions also included Jewish Autonomous Region (26.2%), the Trans-Baikal Territory (24%), Ingushetia (23%) and Yakutia (20%).
