GM opened the first showroom Cadillac and Chevrolet in the Urals


General Motors has opened a new Cadillac and Chevrolet showroom in Chelyabinsk - Planet Auto, which has become the first Cadillac and Chevrolet dealership in the Urals and Siberia, as well as the largest in Russia, assembled in accordance with new brand standards.

According to the press service of GM Russia, the total area of the showroom is 650 square meters and it accommodates the whole range of General Motors, presented in Russia in all trim levels: Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac XT5, Cadillac CT6, ChevroletTahoe, ChevroletTraverse, ChevroletCamaro, Chevrolet Corvette. In addition to the standard services for the sale, maintenance of cars and trade-in, the customers of Cadillac and Chevrolet can take advantage of new programs with reduced interest rates Cadillac Finance and Chevrolet Finance, which were launched in April of 2019 for individuals in Russia.

Recall that in the first quarter of 2019, the American auto concern General Motors increased sales of its Cadillac and Chevrolet brands in Russia and the CIS by 38%. Thus, during the reporting period, 192 premium Chevrolet SUVs were sold – more by 78% than the last year. Sales of Cadillac cars grew by 16% and amounted to 228 units. As it was noted, Chevrolet Tahoe and Cadillac Escalade became the sales leaders of the respective brands. More than a third of Chevrolet sales were big SUVs. Almost two-thirds of Cadillac sales were luxury SUV models.
