Audi has discontinued sales of the Audi Coupe and Audi R8 in Russia. As the Wroom.ru portal was informed by the company's press service, the supply of these models to the Russian market has been stopped and it is not planned to resume them. Until recently, the Audi TT coupe was offered in Russia with a 2.0 TFSI petrol engine (230 hp) at a price of 2,740,000 rubles. Versions with more powerful engines disappeared from the model range earlier, and deliveries of roadsters ended in 2017. Audi R8 mid-engine supercar, equipped with a V10 5.2 engine with a power of 610 HP, was estimated at 11 million 200 thousand rubles. At the end of last year updated version of the coupe made its debut, but it, apparently, will not go to Russia. Last year, the Russian dealers of the brand sold 101 Audi TT coupe, and the more expensive R8 found only 7 buyers. The company also completed deliveries of Audi Q3 crossovers, although such cars are still available at car dealerships.

As AUTOSTAT reported earlier, for the first quarter of 2019, Russian dealers of Audi sold 3,363 cars, which is more by 2% than the last year.
