FCA Rus named the best Russian dealers

At the dealer conference in Milan, FCA Rus named the best Russian dealers. The main objectives of the study are the improvement of the quality of customer service, calculation of the economic efficiency of the centers, identification of shortcomings, informs the press service of FCA Rus. The data obtained as a result of the assessment provide the insight into what a particular center needs to work in order to increase loyalty to brands Jeep, Chrysler or Fiat Professional.

So, in the first quarter of 2019, FCA Rus announced the results of the program “The Best Service Dealer 2018”. The best dealerships of the two capitals were Rolph Center (the dealership is located in Moscow and serves Jeep cars) and AWP-Service (the dealership center is located in Moscow and serves Fiat Professional cars). Among the regional dealerships, Echo-N from Samara (dealership works with Jeep cars) and AvtoTract from Vladimir (dealership works with Fiat Professional cars) are among the best service enterprises.

Also Moscow Autolight-East was marked separately, which is specialized in cars Jeep and Chrysler. During the the dealer evaluating, high performance and professionalism of employees were revealed.
