In Russia there are over 8 million units of commercial vehicles

Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" found out that at the beginning of 2019 there were 8.3 million units of commercial vehicles in Russia.

Almost a half (49.7%) of this amount was accounted for LCV, the parc of which amounted to 4.11 million units. There were registered slightly less trucks (3.76 million units; the share - 45.4%) in Russia. The rest 4.9% of the parc of commercial vehicles belongs to buses, which is equivalent to 405.7 thousand units.

We should also note that the parc of commercial vehicles in Russia is more than five times smaller than the parc of passenger cars, which were 43.5 million units at the beginning of the year.
