Toyota LC Prado became the market leader in the Far East in March

According to the analytic agency AUTOSTAT, in March of 2019, the residents of the Far Eastern Federal District bought 1.6 thousand vehicles, which is more by 12.5%  than a year ago. This time, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUV became the leader of the local market, which sold 95 units in the last month (-1%).

In the second place, with a slight lag from the leader, there is another car of this Japanese brand - the RAV4 crossover (93 units; -9%), which was the leader in February.

The next two lines in the preferences of the inhabitants of the FEFD are occupied by the domestic UAZ “Patriot” (81 units; + 17%) and LADA 4x4 (78 units; + 30%). The Korean crossover Hyundai Creta closes the TOP-five with 69 sold units (+ 11%). Recall that this model was a local bestseller in January.

In addition to them, the TOP-10 of the Far East market of new passenger cars in March also included: Lexus RX (64 units; + 45%), Toyota Land Cruiser (62 units; -5%), Toyota Camry (52 units; the growth 5.7 times), KIA Rio (48 units; + 26%) and LADA Vesta (47 units; + 21%), which was in this rating for the first time.
