According to the press service of the Italian automaker, the increase in sales is recorded for 8 consecutive years. Thus, since 2010 (1302 units), it has grown more than fourfold.
Over 40% of all sold Lamborghini cars in the last year accounted for the Middle East and Africa (2,497 units; + 69%). 1952 supercars (+ 46%) went to America, and 1301 units (+ 30%) went to the Asia-Pacific region.
Among the countries the United States is the leader, the residents of which for the year purchased 1595 such cars. It is followed by the United Kingdom (636 units), Japan (559 units), Germany (463 units), China (342 units), Canada (316 units) and Italy (295 units). As noted, sales in these markets have increased significantly and reached the highest level in the history of the brand.
The most popular Lamborghini model in the world markets was the Huracan supercar with a V10 engine, which in 2018 was chosen by 2,780 buyers - more by 5% than a year before. The second place in this rating was occupied by the new Urus crossover (1761 units). The TOP-three was closed by Lamborghini Aventador with a V12 engine (1209 units; + 3%).
