Mitsubishi announced the price increase in Russia

MMS Rus announced the revision of retail prices for the whole Mitsubishi model range from January 1st, 2019 due to the change in the VAT rate in Russia from 18% to 20%. The price increase will be from 25 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, depending on the model and equipment of the car, informed the press service of the Japanese brand. A detailed list of models with updated prices will be published in the company's official website on January 1st, 2019.

As AUTOSTAT reported earlier, according to the results of 11 months of 2018, the Russian dealers of Mitsubishi sold 39,859 cars, which is 1.9 times higher than the figure for the same period of the last year. The best-selling Mitsubishi in the Russian market remains the Outlander crossover, sales of which grew by 48% to 21,995 vehicles during the reporting period.
