Mr. Jin-Ha Kim was appointed President of KIA Motors Rus & CIS, who will soon begin his duties at the company's Moscow office. As noted, this appointment is intended to strengthen the leading position of KIA in the Russian automotive market. The vast experience and knowledge, accumulated by Jin-Ha Kim over the years at the company's headquarters and international divisions of KIA Motors Corporation, including Western European countries and Russia, will serve as the basis for further business growth of KIAMotorsRus & CIS, reports the press service of the Korean brand.

Mr. Jin-Ha Kim is 58 years old. For a long career at Hyundai Motor Group (KIA Motors Corporation is part of it), his key specialization was sales. In 1999, Mr. Kim began the work at Hyundai Motor's European headquarters. Later, until 2003, he held a senior position at Hyundai Motor Nordic in Sweden. In 2004-2006 he was the regional coordinator of KIA Motors in Russia. Then his activity preceded the creation of KIA Motors Rus.

In 2006, Mr. Jin-Ha Kim was transferred to the European market for the second time and he was appointed the President of KIA Motors Sweden. In 2009, he received a new appointment at Seoul headquarters, where he became Managing Director in the markets of Asia. Since 2010, Mr. Kim headed the office of KIA Motors Germany, and then, in 2015, the subdivision responsible for the countries of the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, at KIA headquarters. Mr. Jin-Ha Kim replaced Mr. Jong Won Jong as the President of KIA Motors Rus, who headed KIA Motors Rus since November of 2017 and he was able to strengthen KIA’s leadership in the Russian automotive market.

Mr. Jeong received a new management position at KIA Motors Corporation headquarters, where he will control sales in all European markets, including Russia and seven CIS countries.
