Hyundai Creta became the market leader in the Far East in October

According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", the volume of the market of new passenger cars in the Far Eastern Federal District in October of 2018 was 1,637 units, which is more by 45% than a year ago.

The local market leader this time was the Hyundai Creta crossover, which was chosen by 152 residents of the Far East in the last month - 2.5 times more than in October of 2017. We should note that this model took a leading position in the district only once - in June.

By the results of October, the second place of the rating was occupied by UAZ “Patriot” with a score of 91 units (+ 49%). Then two models of Toyota follow – Land Cruiser Prado SUV (89 units), the market volume of which grew 4 times, and Toyota RAV4 crossover (83 units), which showed a drop of 28%. The TOP-five of market leaders was closed by crossover Nissan Terrano (68 units; an increase of 2.1 times).

In addition to them, the TOP-10 of the market of new passenger cars in the Far East district, by the end of October of 2018, included: Toyota Land Cruiser (60 units; + 18%), KIA Rio (52 units, an increase of 2.9 times), Nissan Qashqai (50 units; an increase of 2.8 times), Nissan X-Trail (49 units; + 40%) and Lexus LX (48 units; + 17%).
