In 2019, at the Haval plant in the Tula region there will be assembled not only the F7 crossover, but also other models. It was announced by the General Director for the development of international business of Great Wall Motor Company, Stephen Van, within the framework of the Moscow International Automobile Salon, at which the premiere of the Haval F7 model and the HB-03 concept car took place.

As Mr. Wang noted, the concept car HB-03 demonstrates the direction of the future design of Haval. "We are presenting it for the first time in the foreign market as part of this auto show. The concept will soon be presented as a serial model, which will also be produced at the Russian Haval plant, "- he stressed. As for the presented model F7, this is the second serial crossover of F-series, aimed at young audience.

The novelty is a serial embodiment of the concept HB-02, which was presented in 2016 at the Beijing Auto Show. The car is distinguished by a wide wheelbase (2725 mm), which provides space for passengers of the second row. The length of the car is 4620 mm, width and height - 1844 and 1654 mm, respectively, informed the press service of "Haval Motor Rus." For the choice of Haval F7 buyers it will be offered two turbocharged GDIT engines - a 1.5-liter (150 HP engine, 280 Nm torque) or a 2-liter (190 HP 350 Nm). Both engines meet the Euro-5 standard and work in pair with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with oil cooling (7DCT). Haval F7 will be available with all-wheel drive and various driving modes (standard, economy, sport, snow, etc.).

The Russian prices and complete sets of the crossover Haval F7 will be announced closer to the beginning of sales, which is planned for the spring of 2019. As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", for seven months of 2018, 1414 Haval cars were sold in Russia, which is more by 40% than in the same period of the last year.
