Haval has completed the construction of a plant in Russia

In the industrial parc “Uzlovaya” of the Tula region, the construction of the Haval plant was completed. The finished production complex includes punching, welding, painting, assembly, and also the production department of components.

According to the press service of "Haval Motor Rus", until the end of August of 2018, the construction of roads and landscaping will be completed, as well as the import of equipment that has been implemented since November of 2017. The commissioning of plant is planned for the first quarter of 2019.

At the first stage, the plant will produce 80,000 vehicles per year with a localization of 30%. At the second stage it is planned to reach the maximum capacity of the enterprise - 150 thousand vehicles per a year and increase the level of localization. The first cars that will stand on the assembly line of the new plant, Haval will present at the Moscow Motor Show 2018.
