AUTOVAZ will decrease its dealer network

vaz-dealer.pngAUTOVAZ analyzed a work of its dealer network “Lada-Service”, by the results of which it was decided to stop an activity of some show rooms. Besides, part of them will be sold in the nearest time. At the present time more than 70 of Lada dealers are subsidiaries of “Lada-Service” company, which is a 100% subsidiary of AUTOVAZ.

According to the opinion of AUTOVAZ management, each company of dealer network that “could not make a profit or render services of high level” should be excluded, the publishing “AutoSreda” was informed about it by the press-centre of AUTOVAZ. As the director of big dealer centre “RONA”, official dealer of Lada in Togliatti, Evgenii Lyashko, informed, companies that don’t offer the full range of services, from sales to maintenance and warranty repairing, will suffer in the first turn.

Therewith, AUTOVAZ continues to discover a necessity of buying and maintenance of Lada cars in cities with population from 50 thousand persons. In case if demand is not satisfied, then car producer is ready to create new show rooms and units of technical maintenance. Totally AUTOVAZ plans to have not less than 500 of dealer centres in Russia by 2012.

AUTOVAZ introduced a bonus system of dealers encouragements from October 1st of 2010, reminded Motor.Ru. It presumes the payment to dealers of additional 1,2% of car price for plan by sales implementation. The observance of corporative standards (size of show room, its appearance and quality of service in it) brings to dealer up to 0,6% of price of car, a show room could receive other 0,6% for the high level of consumer service (by the customers’ opinions). This program will permit to stimulate show rooms for service quality of cars sales and maintenance increasing and also it will help to increase sales.
