GAZ presented new models of special equipment for the agro-industrial complex

Gorky Automobile Plant introduced new models of special equipment, created on the basis of Next generation cars. Among the presented novelties there are two van-refrigerators built on the GAZelle Next chassis with a total mass of 4.6 tons - the newest model of GAZ, the production of which began in Nizhny Novgorod in December of 2017. The structural differences of the car - a new rear-end type "spicer", a brake system with disc brakes on all wheels and ABS, increased width of the onboard platform, informed the press service of GAZ. Isothermal van-refrigerator "GAZelle Next 4,6" is built on the chassis of the onboard car. The walls and roof of the van are made of monolithic three-layer sandwich panels. Impact-resistant plastic panels provide high strength of the body and rigidity of the structure. Floor material is a waterproof coating with quartz crumb. Heater – is the expanded polystyrene, thickness of insulation - 80 mm. The steel subframe is covered with a special zinc-containing composition, which increases the resistance to corrosion by 8 times. Access to the van is through the rear swing doors with an opening angle of 270 °. The van is designed to transport products at a temperature of -20 ° C to +12 ° C.

Another "GAZelle Next 4,6" refrigerated van was created on the basis of an all-metal van. The inner covering is made of reinforced fiberglass, insulation - polyurethane foam. The total thickness of the walls and floor is 80 mm. Premium-kit insulation allows you to keep the temperature below -20 °. The dump truck with three-way unloading based on the medium-tonnage truck "GAZon Next" is equipped with a lifting mechanism with joystick control, boards from the bent profile with high corrosion resistance, additional side extensions, power take-off with pneumatic control and pump, Italian hydraulic system.

Additional convenience for the consumer is provided by special assistants closing the sides, unloading hatch for dosed unloading of bulk goods and the possibility of joint opening of the main and rear sides. The capacity of the food tank is 4200 liters. It is divided into two sections, the material of the inner skin is stainless steel. The tank filling is carried out by the upper method; the discharge is by gravity (gravity flow).
