    Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" and the publishing house "Za Rulem" decided to find out in a joint online poll what types of fuel Russian motorists use. The survey was conducted from August 29th to September 9th, 2018. More than 16 thousand respondents took part in it.



TOP-10 models of foreign cars in the Russian parc


According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", the most popular foreign car in Russia continues to be the Ford Focus. As of January 1st, 2018, there were 715,000 units of this model in our country.
The second place in this rating is held by Toyota Corolla with the result of 699 thousand units.

Hyundai Solaris rose to the third position, which reached 674.2 thousand cars. The top-five is closed by KIA Rio (653.7 thousand units) and Renault Logan (639 thousand units). The TOP-10 of the Russian parc among the models-foreign cars also included: Chevrolet Niva (582.5 thousand units), Daewoo Nexia (422.2 thousand units), Volkswagen Polo (405 thousand units), Toyota Camry 395 thousand units) and Volkswagen Passat (370 thousand units).

As previously noted the experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", totally at the beginning of 2018 there were about 26 million foreign cars. It corresponds to 61% of the total volume of the Russian parc of cars.
