Lifan increased vehicle prices in Russia


The market leader among the Chinese brands in Russia - Lifan - increased the cost of its products in Russia. Thus, during the new car price monitoring*, AUTOSTAT experts found that the Chinese manufacturer raised the prices of its vehicles on average by 4% - 5%, which is from 30,000 to 40,000 rubles. Now the Lifan X60 crossover of 2018 production year with 1.8-liter engine (128 hp), manual transmission in the base modification costs from 739,900 rubles. Its top Luxury modification with CVT will cost 979,900 rubles.

The same model of 2017 production year costs 709,900 and 949,900 rubles respectively. From January 1, the Lifan X50 crossover with 1.5 liter (100 hp) engine and manual transmission in its base Comfort modification costs 659,900 rubles. And its fully equipped version with a variator - Luxury CVT - is available for 739,900 rubles.

We should mention that the number of modifications of this model reduced to three. At the same time the Lifan X50 of 2017 production year has lower prices - from 629,900 rubles. Another crossover – the Lifan Myway - grew in price by the same 30,000 rubles. Now it costs 869,900 rubles in its only modification with a 1.8-liter (125 hp) engine and a manual transmission.

We should also mention that the prices for the Lifan sedans increased as well. The Murman raised in price the most - by 40,000 rubles. Today it costs 989,900 rubles. The upgraded Lifan Solano II has already grown in price twice since the beginning of its sales last autumn. Now its base Comfort modification with a 1.8-liter (133 hp) engine and manual transmission is offered for 729,900 rubles. And the version with a variator in the Luxury modification costs 809,900 rubles. As AUTOSTAT has already reported, in 2017, Lifan dealers in Russian sold almost 17,000 vehicles - this is 3% less than a year ago.
