PSA Group in September launched two new online tools for car owners Peugeot, Citroën and DS in Russia. New electronic services are designed to simplify the procedure for recording customers to a maintenance station. Now it can be done in a few clicks on-line.

Services are available 24 hours per a day, 7 days a week, informed the press service of the PSA Group. So, an online entry to the service station is a service designed for customers who want to register for maintenance. The client will be able to see the available intervals for recording in the dealer center, chosen by him, and independently reserve a time convenient for him. The online calculation service is designed for customers who want to know the cost of work in advance. The customer selects the works of interest among the service packages that are available for the car.

To date, there are five types of packages: maintenance, oil change, brake pads, air conditioning and wiper blades. The assortment of packages will be expanded constantly to satisfy the maximum of customer requests. To find out the cost of services, it is enough to enter the car data and get a personal offer from the chosen dealer in accordance with the model, equipment and age of the car. 

Having received a calculation for the work, the client can go to the online recording service and add the selected packages to the application. After receiving the application, the employee of the selected dealer center will contact the client as soon as possible to confirm the time of recording, the availability of spare parts and suggest, if necessary, options for maintaining mobility for the duration of the service.
