KIA Motors Rus began the introduction of a new program in the field of after-sales service "Fast Service". Performing of a certain set of standard operations at an authorized KIA dealer will take only 60 minutes now.

The list of these operations includes diagnostics and refueling of the air conditioning system, replacement of the salon filter, engine oil and oil filter, engine air filter, automatic transmission oil, blown lamps, washing fuel injectors, replacement of spark plugs, wiper blades, windscreen washer motor, brake pads and Brake discs, stabilizer bars, ball bearings, diagnostics and adjustment of the convergence-disintegration, replacement of the wheel bearing or hub assembly, tire repair and wheel balancing. Each dealer has the right, at its discretion, to expand this list of operations, reports the press service of KIA Motors Rus.

As it was noted, the pledge of speed and quality of servicing of KIA cars within the framework of the "Fast Service" program is in a new approach. Depending on the type of work, they are practiced by either one or two mechanics in parallel.

The implementation of the new program in the field of after-sales service began in the second quarter of 2017. It was attended by 100 official KIA dealers throughout Russia
