KIA Rio in February kept the title of leader in the Moscow market

The analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a survey of the market of new cars in Moscow in February of 2017 and it compiled a rating of the most popular models.

According to the results of the research, KIA Rio kept the title of leader in the capital market in the last month; its indicator was 811 cars, which is less by 8.5% than the result of a year ago. In the second place there was Hyundai Solaris with the result of 792 sold units (-23.5%). In the third position there is another model Hyundai - crossover Creta (602 units), which debuted in the market in August of the last year.

The top-five of leaders is closed by Volkswagen Polo (550 units, + 59%) and Skoda Octavia (461 units, + 33%). The top-10 of the Moscow market in the last winter month also included: Skoda Rapid (376 units, + 5%), Toyota Camry (371 units, + 6%), KIA Ceed (367 units, + 9%), Nissan X-Trail (352 units, + 0.5%) and Volkswagen Tiguan (347 units, + 144%).

We should note also that the volume of the market of new cars in Moscow in February of 2017 was 14.5 thousand units, which is less by 10% than a year ago.
