Lexus NX – is the leader of the premium segment in the Moscow market

Analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a study of the Russian market of new passenger cars for the first 11 months of 2016 and it was made a rating of the most popular models in the premium segment of Moscow.

According to the study, the best-selling car in the premium segment in the capital is Lexus NX, the market volume of which was 1828 units during the reporting period, which is more by 4% than in the same period of the last year. Leadership of this crossover is largely due to its attractive price, which affected the preferences of the capital's residents.

In the second place there is Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which was sold in amount of 1726 sold units (-2%). The third place of the rating was occupied by Mercedes-Benz GL-Class (1662 units), by showing an increase of 30%. The top- five leaders also included BMW X5 (1528 units) and Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class (1503 units), but if the first model shows a drop of 20%, the second - an increase of 266%.

In the sixth position – there is Audi Q7 (1388 units; + 98%), followed by two BMW models - 3-Series (1334 units; + 8%) and 5-Series (1245 units; + 18%). In the ninth place there is Mercedes-Benz C-Class (1162 units; -30%). The top-10 of capital market of premium segment is closed by Audi Q5 for the first 11 months of 2016 (1159 units; + 2%).
