The Japanese car market increased by 1.6% in October

The Japanese car market grew by 1.6% to 209,836 units in October, excluding mini-cars with an engine capacity up to 660 cm3. According to data obtained by the agency "AUTOSTAT" in the Japanese Association of car dealers (JADA), for ten months of 2016 sales of cars in the Land of the Rising Sun were 2 million 337 thousand 854 cars (+ 1.8%).

Leadership in the last month is kept by Toyota, whose sales were 102501 vehicles (-1.9%). In the second place in terms of sales there is Honda with 32,632 cars (+ 2.8%). The top-three of leaders is still closed by Nissan, which increased the sales by 10.3% to 22603 cars.
