The meeting of shareholders of "Sollers" approved the annual report and the annual financial statements of the company as a result of the last financial year, as well as it was announced the new composition of the Board of Directors. It was also decided not to pay dividends, informed the press service of "Sollers".

The new composition of the board of directors "Sollers" in the amount of 9 people in 2016 included: Shvetsov Vadim Abramovich, Sobolev Nikolay, Kaika Zoe Atatzhanovna, Antonova Veronica Victorovna, Mishin Nikita Anatolievich, Dementyev Andrey Vladimirovich, Ruben Vardanian Karlenovich, Hilgert Franz Gerhard, Marabottini Luke.

In 2015, the revenue of the "Sollers" group was 38.3 billion rubles against 47.9 billion rubles a year before. The EBITDA decreased up to 4.0 billion rubles against 4.3 billion rubles in 2014. EBITDA margin by the end of 2015 was 10.5% (9% in 2014). Operating profit for the reported period was 3.0 bln. Rubles, the net profit of the group "Sollers" by the results of 2015 rose up to 3.1 billion rubles.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", against the backdrop of a significant drop of the Russian automotive market in the last year and a decrease in revenue of the "Sollers" due to the reduction of sales volumes of SsangYong SUVs, the company's main brand - UAZ, on the contrary, showed a significant strengthening of the competitive position by the results of 2015. In particular, the share of UAZ in the market of off-road vehicles (including pickups) rose from 3% in 2014 to 5% in the last year, the share in the market of the light commercial vehicles was 24% against 17% in 2014.
