Skoda has opened 45 dealers in Russia in the new corporate style


Skoda Company accelerates the introduction of a new corporate identity in the dealer network. In Russia, currently rebranding was passed by 45 dealerships Skoda, by the end of the first quarter of 2016 it will be launched 15 showrooms, made in the new design.

As the press service of the Skoda informed, the transition to the new corporate style of the dealer network began about two years ago and it received a significant boost in the last few months. In addition to the European market, the new design has been implemented in the dealer network in China, Russia and India, and sales centers in Australia, Taiwan and Algeria.

The new corporate identity of dealer network is an integral part of the development strategy of the brand Skoda. The brand has renewed its product line, as well as it entered into new market segments. One of the main events of 2015 was the launch of the new flagship of the Skoda Superb.

As previously "AUTOSTAT" reported, for the eleven months of 2015 sales of Skoda in Russia were 50,416 cars – it is less by 36% than in the same period of the last year. Best-selling Skoda in the Russian market during the reporting period was the compact liftback Rapid, which was sold in the amount of 22,268 units (+ 24.8%). In the second place there is the model Octavia, the sales of which were 19,914 vehicles (-39.7%).
