According to the program of state support it was sold 418,000 cars

From January 1st to October 11th of 2015 with the help of state programs there were sold 418,000 new cars. It was announced by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Alexander Morozov, at the conference "Rosavtodealer-2015." Also since the beginning of the program it was sold 171 203 vehicles by preferential car loans.

Most of all - 262 723 vehicles - were sold by parc renewal program (also called a recycling program). By the program of preferential lease – it was 28,163 cars. And about 10% of the buyers at the same time took advantage of the two-program of parc renewal incentives and preferential car loan.

Budget effectiveness of these programs is 1.65: it was collected only VAT and excise taxes to this year's budget in amount of 52 billion Rubles. Recall that in August "AUTOSTAT" reported that in the second half of 2015 for the program of state support of automobile industry was allocated additionally 7 billion Rubles.

However, the funds that were allocated by the state for these programs come to an end, so manufacturers are beginning to curtail benefit programs. For example, from November AVTOVAZ can stop the parc renewal program, as the company has chosen the whole quota and it does not want to risk their own money.
