Volkswagen Passat entered the TOP-5 of European bestsellers

According to the research company JATO Dynamics, the flagship Volkswagen shoed the highest growth of sales in the top-10 of the best-selling cars in Europe due to the release of the new-generation of model the last year.

According to JATO Dynamics, the best-selling model in Europe in July is still Volkswagen Golf, whose sales were 46,567 vehicles (+ 11.9%). Second place went to Volkswagen Polo, sales of which increased by 14.6% to 25,960 vehicles. The third result was occupied by Ford Fiesta, which was chosen by 22855 European buyers (-4%). the Renault Clio is the next - sales of this model were 22,851 units (-3.1%). The "top five" of leaders is closed by the Volkswagen Passat, which was sold in amount of 21,972 units (+ 49.9%). The top-10 of best-selling models in Europe also included Skoda Octavia (19,928 units, + 9,9%), Ford Focus (19,902 units, + 12,2%), Nissan Qashqai (19797 units, + 7%) , Opel / Vauxhall Corsa (17,769 units, -10.9%) and Peugeot 208 (17 644 units, + 5.8%).
