Over half of all car dealers in Russia are located in the Central and Volga federal districts, the experts of the agency "AUTOSTAT" found out. Thus, in the Central Federal District there are 1060 dealer centers (contracts) for the sale and maintenance of passenger cars, which is 31.6% of the total.

The most popular brands of electric vehicles in Russia became known
According to JSC "PPK" *, in July of this year, 1106 new electric cars were sold in Russia (both officially presented on the market and imported through parallel imports). And this is 8 times higher than in the same month of 2022. Volkswagen is the leader here - in July, the "electric" products of the German brand sold 184 vehicles (an increase of 8.8 times in compare with July last year).

According to the data of the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT", 2.75 million used cars were bought in Russia for 6 months of this year. This is 26.8% more than in the 1st half of 2022. At the same time, the volume of the secondary market for cars of Russian brands grew by 9.4%, and foreign cars - by 33.3%.
