Subscription to a car. Many brands represented in the Russian market are implementing or have already implemented this service in their business today, both mass and premium brands. Experts of the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT" together with Auto Mail.ru decided to find out what Russian car owners think about relatively new service and for this purpose conducted an online survey. The results of the study showed that almost a half of the respondents (45.5%) are very wary of the subscription, they do not consider it useful for themselves.
Thus, 24.1% of the respondents answered: “Rather, I won’t use it,” and 21.4% were more categorical (“I definitely won’t use it”). However, almost every third of the respondents (31.9%) perceive the subscription more loyally and with interest. “Perhaps I will use it,” 28.5% said, and other 3.4% admitted that they would definitely use it. Approximately one in five of the study participants (22.6%) found it difficult to answer. It is logical to assume that this category of respondents does not have enough information yet about the service to develop their opinion.
