The share of diesel vehicles is 67%, while only 3,5% of vehicles correspond to the ecological standards of "Euro-5" (and higher). The largest parc of trucks is in Moscow, where there are 167.8 thousand of these vehicles. In the parc of the Moscow region there are 151.3 units.
Among the non-capital regions, the largest parc of trucks is in the Krasnodar Territory (139.3 thousand units). More than 100,000 trucks were registered in five other regions of the Russian Federation (Rostov and Irkutsk regions, Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansiysk, Novosibirsk region). KAMAZ is the leader in the brand rating (883.4 thousand units), GAZ (755.1 thousand units) is in the second place, and ZIL (537,500 units) closes the TOP of leaders.
Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" noted that the TOP-three, which is consisting of domestic manufacturers, account for about 60% of the whole parc of trucks in the country. The figures are less than hundreds of thousands of units - the best result is belonged to the Swedish brand Volvo, the parc of which is 92,400 trucks. We should note that more detailed information about the state of the truck parc is contained in the marketing report "Structure and forecast of the parc of commercial vehicles in Russia", prepared by the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT".
