"AUTOSTAT OMNIBUS" is an annual project of the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT", which is a survey of car owners according to a certain methodology and makes it possible to compare assessment indicators over time.
In the spring of 2022 (in addition to the annual autumn wave), the fourth spring wave of the project will be released, which is aimed at identifying consumer preferences in the purchase and operation of summer tires.
The official start of production of new trucks is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023
Under AUTOSTAT OMNIBUS -2017. New Vehicles: Car Owners’ Opinion project AUTOSTAT analytic agency carried out a research on customer satisfaction with a vehicle by a number of criteria. The research included online and telephone survey of more than 3,000 owners of different automotive brands (not less than 100 questionnaires per brand), held in November 2017.
According to the results of the poll, the largest satisfaction index was registered by Volvo with 90.2 out of 100 possible points. This index is based on 11 different criteria, which enable the Swedish premium brand to have an advantage over its competitors.
TOP-3 also included two premium brands - Land Rover (89.8 points) and BMW (89.5 points). Lexus (89.3) and Audi (89.2) were a little behind the leaders. Then comes Mercedes-Benz (88.8 points), followed by Japanese Honda (88.5), Mazda (86.1) and Toyota (84.4). Opel is on the tenth place with 84.3 points.
We should mention that many car owners are satisfied with their vehicles, so the average satisfaction index for all brands represented in the research (31 brands), was 80.6 points.
More than 3,000 owners of new vehicles of 2012 – 2017 production years of the most popular brands in the Russian market took part in the survey.
