    The analytic agency “AUTOSTAT” within the framework of the project “AUTOSTAT OMNIBUS - 2019. Used cars: preferences of car owners” (third wave) * investigated the willingness of car owners to consider purchase of a used car at a dealership. This study was conducted by online survey in March of 2019; it was attended by more than 1,900 car owners of various car brands.



The majority of Lada dealers got bonuses from AvtoVAZ

The majority of Lada dealers fulfilled the sales plan and got bonuses for the first month in accordance with a new system of dealer margin forming, which was introduced by AvtoVAZ on October 1st.
The press-office of AvtoVAZ informed AUTOSTAT that 300 dealers, which concluded new agreements with AvtoVAZ, fulfilled the sales plan and got bonuses by the results of October. The rest 57 dealers wont get bonuses or they will get them but not in a full volume as they didnt implemented their tasks. Almost 100% of dealers agreed with the new conditions of partnership that were offered by AvtoVAZ and about 80% of them meet the requirements, which were announced by AvtoVAZ on October 1st, the press-office of AvtoVAZ remarked.
It should be recalled that the dealers of AvtoVAZ got the possibility to earn up to 7,9% (up to 9,9% in the strategic regions) of recommended retail price instead of fixed 6,5% that was before. The dealers which fulfilled the plan (the individual indicator for each dealer company), follow the AvtoVAZs price list, the corporative standards and also increase the satisfaction of consumers by sales, warranty and technical services, got the bonuses of AvtoVAZ. So, the dealer company could get the stable annual revenue independently on the market decline and growth, plan its activity more clearly from an economic point of view and follow more clearly the recommended retail prices. So, the retail prices equalization will be the sign for consumers that Lada car is available equally in all regions.
As the press-centre of AvtoVAZ informed, the plant will continue the collaboration only with the dealers which lead business correctly and could render the qualitative services. Those companies which dont meet the standards of AvtoVAZ, dont satisfy the customers needs and dont manage with market requirements will be changed to the new partners.
As the analysts of AUTOSTAT agency remarked in the report of car makers dealer networks in Russia, only AvtoVAZ developed the service and sales network in our country before the beginning of 1990s. And at the present time the dealer network of Lada remains the largest one in Russia.
