LADA Granta remained the best-selling model in Russia in June


At the end of June, LADA Granta remains the best-selling model in Russia, as well as for the first half of the year as a whole. 

As it was noted in the review of the Russian car market in June, sales of LADA Granta grew by 34% and amounted to 11,609 cars. Recall that in the last month AVTOVAZ began sales of the new off-road estate car LADA Granta Cross. The second place is occupied by LADA Vesta with the indicator of 8,947 vehicles (-9%). The third result was shown by KIA Rio – 8,282 sold vehicles (-6%). Hyundai Solaris sedan is the next - 6023 consumers (-6%) chose it. Leadership among SUV models is kept by Hyundai Creta crossover, which was sold in amount of 5955 units (+ 3%).

Sales of Volkswagen Polo sedan were 5,413 cars - a 3% increase in compare with the last year. LADA Largus estate cars were chosen by 4381 customers, which is more by 14% than a year ago. Renault Duster SUV was sold in the amount of 3,547 units (-11%). The demand for Volkswagen Tiguan crossover grew by 23% up to 3,234 vehicles. The TOP-10 of the most popular models in Russia is closed by Toyota Camry business sedan, the result of which was 3,002 cars (-6%).
