Moreover, every third car arrived to us from Japan (57.2 thousand units), and every sixth one came from Germany (27.7 thousand units).

According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", in October of 2018 the market volume of new premium cars in St. Petersburg was 1.4 thousand units, which is more by 12% than the result of a year ago.

A month later, the leader of this market was the BMW 5 Series - in October, this model was purchased by 69 residents of the Northern capital. It is more by 19% than a year ago. But the September leader, Mercedes-BenzE-Class, fell to the second place in the rankings, with the result of 55 sold units (+ 57%). The third and fourth places with a difference of just 1 car are occupied by two crossovers BMW-X3 (51 units; + 70%) and X5 (50 units; -13%). The TOP-five of leaders is closed by Mercedes-Benz GLC (47 units; + 9%).

In addition to them, among the leaders of the St. Petersburg market of new premium cars in October of this year there are: Land Rover Range Rover (46 units; + 360%), BMWX6 (44 units; + 109%), Audi Q7 (40 units; + 29%) and BMWX4 (36 units; + 140%). The tenth place in this rating was shared by Mercedes-Class (34 units; -10%) and Volvo XC90 (34 units; + 21%).
