    During the production time (from 2002 to 2014, inclusively) of Opel and Chevrolet, it was assembled in Russia more than 1.5 million vehicles of these brands. Since 2002 it was assembled at “GM-AvtoVAZ" 608.7 thousand units, since 2004 at "Avtotor" (574.1 thousand units) and since 2008 at the "General Motors" (341.6 thousand units).



The market of luxury cars continued to fall in April


According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", the volume of the market of new luxury cars in Russia in April of 2018 was 153 units. This is less by 1.3% than a year ago (155 units). More than 50% of the luxury car market falls on the model Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class. In April, its implementation was 79 units. The top three preferences of Russians also include Maserati and Bentley cars (25 and 24 units, respectively).

In addition, 10 new Rolls-Royce, 7 - Lamborghini, 5 - Ferrari and 3 - Aston Martin were purchased in Russia within a month. Half of the volume of the Russian luxury car market belongs to Moscow, whose residents purchased 78 such cars in April. In the suburbs, 21 cars were bought, in St. Petersburg - 15. Six luxury cars went to the Yekaterinburg region, and five went to the Krasnodar region. In another 17 regions of the Russian Federation, from 1 to 3 new luxury cars were sold in April.

As experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" noted, the Russian luxury car market has been falling for the third month in a row. But if in February the drop was 9%, and in March - 11%, then in April the decline was insignificant.
