Updated Cadillac Escalade appeared in Russia


Russian dealers of Cadillac began the sales of updated version of Cadillac Escalade. The SUV is equipped with a rear-view mirror with streaming video and automatic parking. Also, the changes have affected the appearance of the model: three additional body colors, one additional interior color, and a new design of wheel disks are now available, reports the press service of Cadillac Russia.

The line includes the standard model Cadillac Escalade and an extended version of the ESV with a wheelbase increased by 355 mm and a total length exceeding the length of the standard model by approximately 508 mm. All models are equipped with a full drive, a 6.2 V8 engine with increased power up to 426 hp. The engine works in tandem with the new 8-speed automatic transmission with the TapShift manual gearshift system. This combination provides acceleration up to 100 km / h for less than 6.7 seconds. Despite the increased engine power, the fuel consumption in the mixed cycle is 13.1 l / 100 km.

Prices for the standard Cadillac Escalade start from 4 million 990 thousand rubles, an extended version of ESV costs from 5 million 290 thousand rubles.
