Ford stakes on the Chinese market

China is becoming the leading export center for Ford Motors, Alan Mulally, general director of the American company, said. Ford invests $4.9 billion in Chinese production, in order to catch up with Volkswagen Group and General Motors, which are the leaders in this region, Gaseta.Ru informs. 

“The focus on China has worked”, - Alan Mulally mentioned talking about growth of Ford sales in China. From January till March 2013 the sales of the American brand increased by 48% as compared to the same period of 2012. The EcoSport and the Kuga SUV are in the best demand.
